I enjoy birdwacthing - will your products scare them off?

The services we offer are specifically designed to reduce bird-window strikes.  None of our services deter birds from visiting your property; we can even work with you to develop a plan to increase bird activity. You'll be able to enjoy all the avian wildlife on your property knowing those birds are much safer for the changes.

I want to protect the birds and my view. Will the bird-safe products obscure my window?

With a variety of bird-safe products  available, KEC strives to create a solution that best suits each individual. Our most popular strategies obscure a very small percent of a window surface and are no more noticeable than a window screen.

What if I have never noticed a collision?

The majority of bird strikes go unnoticed. A bird may hit a window and be able to recover to another area, only to succumb to injuries later on. A bird that was killed on impact may not be there for you to find - they are typically found by predators within hours.

One way to tell is to regularly inspect your windows - prints left from impacts are often left on the glass following a strike.
